Don't wear a fake smile or pretend to feel something you don't.
Just abide by your own feels, dude.
Don't get all worked up" when you feel like sh*t either.
Relax and express how you feel calmly and confidently.
Recognize your emotions without reacting to them.
Be cozy in your own bed and don't rely on someone else's to fall asleep. That is to say, be comfortable in your own skin and don't be needy for emotional support.
