Is a lock down taking away our freedom?
Many people believe that. To the point that they're picketing protests with signs that say such things as: "Sacrifice the weak. Give us Freedom."
Either these people are just bored or lack the freedom in their own mind to realize the options that are available before them. It assumes we're being told exactly what to do with our time.
We're not. We're just being told to do our part and chill for a bit so this virus doesn't spread much further. How we chill and lay low is completely up to us. We design our own lazy routine.
Saying there's "no choice BUT to stay inside" assumes there's no choice to make while inside.
The truth is, there are plenty of choices you can make while isolated on the couch, plenty of options in deciding what to do with your time, plenty of ways to embrace your laziness.
